You will be able to use the following elements to create appropriate writing style and tone in your documents: parallel structure, non-sexist language, active and passive sentences, modifiers, and transitional words and phrases. You will be able to correct vague words and make verbs, points of view, and tone consistent within one document. You will be able to cut unnecessary words from your documents and make your messages shorter and therefore clearer.
