This is the class to learn how to make European Bakery Style cookies for all your special occasions of spring and summer. Learn how to make Viennese piped and iced almond sugar cookies. Learn two different methods for making base cookies which can be turned into many different flavors by alternating just a few key ingredients An $8 materials fee payable to instructor.
