Do not waste your time. Nothing good about this place. Go next door to Bar Louis. A lot better experience!!

I decided to go here for lunch. It has a nice relaxing atmosphere. The service was a 2. The timing was show in-between appetizers, soup and meal. The presentation was a 3. The food tasted fresh and was a 3. Waited way to long for the bill and receipt.

This restaurant has a great look from the outside. After eating dinner there, I wish I would have stayed outside! For starters, you get vending machine quality coffee and a bread basket filled with cellophaned bread sticks and few tiny rolls. Really, why bother with the flavored butter when the bread selection is so poor! The wait staff is uninformed and there didn't appear to be a manager around to help. My dinner came with soup-of-the-day and I chose to upgrade to gumbo. There were at most three small piece of sausage in it. When we got the bill, we were charged a $7 upgrade for a cup of soup! After bringing this to the waitress' attention, it came down to $4 for the upgrade. We could have ordered the cup of gumbo straight off the menu for $4 - so somehow, the concept of the upgrade charge didn't register with this waitress. I guess we were paying for the fancy decor, rather than the food or service. Like I said, this restaurant is better experienced from the outside.
