Three Detroit area Taubman Centers welcome local deaf and hard-of-hearing children to be the first to experience the signing picture-in-picture feature on a movie release. The children will have the opportunity to also walk through the multi-sensory Ice Palace and share their holiday wishes during a personal visit with Signing Santa. Signing Santa is open to all shoppers, both hearing and deaf/hard-of-hearing for the entire day
