Presentation Overview
It s often challenging to put a face to the customer once their requirements have been identified. This is especially true in organizations or segments of the company where employees may have little or no direct contact with their external end user. As leaders, we have the… Show more opportunity to increase our employees ability to link their activity with satisfaction of their end user. Through the use of strategies such as Lean, Quality Functional Deployment (QFD) and organizational memes, the voice of the customer can be built into the process and a face * given to the end user for workers.
About our speakers
Dr. Gail Lewis has a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership and 20 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management, non-profit management and retail management. She is the Vice President of Policy & Procedures for the Greater Detroit Chapter of the APICS. Dr. Lewis is also Adjunct Faculty for the University of Phoenix, San Bernadino California Campus and an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and the National Black MBA Association.
