Angela Hospice will offer a special holiday workshop for those who may be feeling the stress of the holidays while coping with the loss of a loved one.
The workshop will discuss balancing traditions and personal expectations, choices individuals have for making the holidays easier, and ways to talk with family and friends about the changes being made and the feelings behind them.
