If I were to list my favorite dishes from all cuisines, the Vietnamese beef noodle soup known as pho (pronounced fuh) would definitely be in the mix. And one of the best local versions of the dish, Pho Tai Chin Bo Vien — to give it its full title — is at Cong Nguyen's small new restaurant in Redford.
