The Troy Area Tea Party will meet Tues, Feb 26 at 7:00 pm at the American-Polish Cultural Center, Maple and Dequindre. Speakers include Burl Adkins, successful area businessman and former Michigan Entrepreneur of the Year, speaking on restoring the American dream. Also Deborah DeBacker, CPA and former candidate for the Michigan House of Representatives. She will discuss the "Common Core" educational standards. Note: beginning March 12, mtgs will be the second Tues each month.
