Leo's Coney Island

I went to Leo's Coney Island in Westland, MI today. My family and I frequently eat at Leo's and have a pleasent experience. Sadly this was not one of them. We found a hair in one of the gyro's, we were all very disgusted, my mother who ordered the meatloaf was not able to finish her meal. We then notified the waitress. She apologized and took the sandwich. The manager came out to apologize and claimed the hair was "airborne" and told us he would discount the bill. I found his "airborne" theory a little hard to believe because the hair was underneath the aluminum and between the onions. After receiving the bill we noticed he only discounted 10% of the bill, which was about $2.00. We were not satisfied, my sister approached the manager and told him she was not happy with the bill. He was not happy to help her, he seemed very annoyed by the situation. Arrogantly he repeatedly said "well what do you want me to do". She told him the least he can do is discount the gyro from the bill. After further debate he finally agreed. The debate over the bill I believe was completely unnecessary, he should have not tried to force us to pay for a sandwich that couldn't be enjoyed due to the hair. Unfortunately we will not be visiting this location again.
